Following completion of the new build property in Lesmahagow for which Transen supplied the heat pump, we were delighted to receive a glowing commendation from our clients.

As suppliers of the Ground Source Heat Pump System, Transen should also be commended for providing an excellent service and a well designed product.

"When designing our new house we decided to ultilise green technology in relation to our heating and hot water supply, and approached several specialist companies to investigate options. Sustainable Earth quickly demonstrated their superior understanding of this sector, and in particular was able to suggest an appropriate solution tailored to our circumstances, without the usual sales pitch.

Colin Meikle's suggested specification for our heating system for our heating and hot water supply was backed up by a detailed explanation (in layman's terms), which gave us confidence that our new house would be adequately heated throughout the year, with a consistent reliable supply of hot water. The system designed would also do so without relying on supplementary electric boilers/solutions - which was critical to us, as we believe such 'add on's' defeat the purpose of utilizing a geothermal system.

We have been in our house for over 5 months now, and are delighted with the performance of the system. The heating system is excellent and responsive and we have hot water whenever required. Working with Sustainable Earth has been a pleasure, their advice has been 100% accurate throughout the process and they have provide a supplier who advised us on the best solution for our new home, without trying to sell a cheaper alternative which would not have given us the above results."
